Unidentified gunmen killed six people in a shooting spree

Unidentified gunmen killed six people here and in several towns of Pangasinan on Tuesday. Residents of Barangay Lucao discovered two dead men sprawled on a vacant lot along the national road at 10 p.m., each with white bond paper on their chests with messages implementing them for crimes.

Police later identified them as Zaldy Abalos and Roman Clifford Manaois, both residents of Barangay Carael.

Earlier at 7 p.m. in this city, 18-year-old student Julius Rabina was shot dead by motorcycle-riding gunmen while he was feeding his dog in front of their house in Barangay Tebeng.

The gunmen had approached Rabina asking for his father. When he did not reply, one of the men shot Rabina in the armpit.
